Staff behaviour. Room size and cleanliness. Reception waiting area.

1) The interior design of reception 2) The room's view 3) Staff was extremely friendly ,helpful and supportive 4) Hotel is visible from the main road 5) Washrooms were up to the mark.

Room was very clean and comfortable with any needed amenities. Staff was kind and helpful round the clock. All in all a very positive experience, definitely value for money.

Breakfast all items were over by 9.00 on our first day of stay, we had to wait 30 minutes for tea... all because the hotel was unusually crowded during our stay; but they were unable to manage properly. Next day we went early and could have a nice buffet b/f, again items were over by 9:15 and could see people complaining.

Nice stay and staff very cooperative. Clean rooms.
